I am in network with several insurance plans, including BCBS, Aetna, Optum, UHC, UMR, Medicare, and I am a certified out of network provider with Tricare. It is always best to check with your insurance to ensure behavioral health coverage on your plan before scheduling. Private pay is also accepted. Couples therapy is only provided through private pay.

I provide options for both online and in-person therapy. If you live in or near Jackson, TN it is often beneficial to meet in person for at least the first session, but if that is not possible for you, then online therapy (Telehealth) can be just as effective.
